Single Facer

FOR 3PLY, 5PLY, 7PLY CARTONS

A single-facer corrugator is a machine used in the manufacturing process of corrugated cardboard. Its primary function is to:

  • Take a single sheet of paperboard (known as the medium) and corrugate it, creating fluted waves.
  • Glue a second sheet of paperboard (known as the liner) to the corrugated medium, creating a single-face corrugated board.

Machine Function

  • Corrugated Roller: Material 48CrMo, plating Chrome or Tungsten carbide treatment.
  • Independent gear box gimbal transmission, main motor frequency conversion control (optional).
  • Adjust glue width by manual or electric.
  • Glue unit can run independently when machine stop (op- tional).
